Return Policy

1. Returns
Products may be returned within 2 days of receiving the order, provided there is a valid reason such as defects or incorrect items. Returns for reasons like 'change of mind' are not accepted. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with any tags still attached.

2. Return Process
Please contact us at info@trustdvintage.com to initiate a return. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

3. Return Conditions

• Return Authorization: Before sending the item back, customers must obtain a return authorization by contacting us at info@trustdvintage.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

• Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all tags attached and no signs of use or damage that was not present upon delivery.

• Packaging: Items must be returned in the original packaging or in packaging that adequately protects the items during transit. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are damaged due to improper packaging.

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items marked as 'final sale'

• Gift cards

• Items that have been altered, washed, or worn (except for trying on)

5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@trustdvintage.com. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and you will not be responsible for return shipping costs. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
